Terms of use

These terms apply to av-productions.eu and to every library we operate on the adultvideo.info domain, including the themed sites for gay, teens, college, shemale, MILF, asian, lesbian and hentai. By using any of these sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.

1. Who we are

AV-Productions EU is an independent adult video network based in the European Union. It operates nine free libraries, all of them free to watch and none of them requiring an account. Contact: info@av-productions.eu.

2. Adults only

The sites contain sexually explicit material and are meant for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the place where you are, to use them. If you are under that age, or if adult material is illegal where you are, you must leave now. We ask for confirmation of age before the content is shown and we do not knowingly collect any data from minors.

If you show this content to a minor, or make it available to a minor, you are responsible for that and it is a breach of these terms.

3. What you may do

• Watch the material for your own private use, free of charge.
• Share links to our pages.
• Use the sites on any device and any browser you like.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, re-upload, mirror, scrape or republish substantial parts of the sites or their catalogues.
• Use automated tools to harvest URLs, thumbnails or metadata at a volume that puts load on our servers.
• Attempt to break, probe or bypass our security, our age notice or our access controls.
• Use the sites for anything unlawful, or to publish material involving minors, non-consensual acts, or violence.
• Present our sites as your own, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests sponsorship or partnership that does not exist.

5. The content is not ours to license

Most of the video material on the libraries is produced and hosted by third parties and is shown through embeds or links. Copyright in that material belongs to its owners, not to us. If you want to license footage, contact the producer named on the player or in the source of the page. For our own texts, layout and branding, all rights are reserved.

We do not control what third parties publish. If a clip is removed at the source, it disappears from our pages; we do not keep a copy.

6. Advertising and third parties

The sites are funded by advertising, served in part through third-party networks such as ExoClick. Those networks may set their own cookies and have their own privacy rules. We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass on anything that identifies you. Clicking an advertisement takes you to a site we do not operate and for which we are not responsible.

7. Availability

The sites are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will always be available, complete or error free. We may change, move or stop a library, or remove an item, at any time and without notice.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the sites, from material published by third parties, or from sites you reach through our links or advertisements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Copyright complaints and illegal content

Rights holders: see our DMCA and copyright page for the notice procedure. Age and record-keeping questions: see our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. Reports about a minor or other illegal content are handled first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change. If a change is material, we will say so on this page for at least thirty days. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which AV-Productions EU is established, and by Dutch law where that applies. Disputes go to the competent court there, unless consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right to your own court.
