DMCA and copyright
Last updated: 17 October 2026
AV-Productions EU operates nine free adult video libraries under the adultvideo.info domain. We take copyright seriously: we do not knowingly host or link to material that infringes someone else's rights, and we act on every serious notice we receive.
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice by e-mail to info@av-productions.eu with the subject line DMCA notice. That inbox is read by a person, not by an automated form.
To let us act quickly, include:
- The exact URL (or URLs) of the page on our network where the material appears. Please do not send only a search term or a screenshot.
- A description of the copyrighted work you own or represent.
- Your name, company, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Within one working day: you get a confirmation that we received the notice, with a reference number.
Within three working days: the material is removed from the pages we control, or you receive a substantiated answer explaining why we believe the use is licensed, exempt or a mistake in the notice.
After removal: the URL stops resolving and, where the material came from a feed or a partner, the source is blocked for that item so it does not return on the next import.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to the same address with the subject line DMCA counter-notice, identify the removed URL and explain why you have the right to publish it. We will review it and, if the claim holds, restore the material. We may ask the original complainant to resolve the matter directly with you.
Repeat infringers
Accounts, feeds and partners that are the source of repeated valid notices are removed from the network. We keep a record of notices and the action taken.
Not only the DMCA
We are an EU operator, so we also accept notices under the EU rules that apply to us, including the notice-and-action mechanism of the Digital Services Act. The address and the required information are the same as above; you do not need to cite a specific article for us to act.
What we cannot do
We cannot remove material from sites we do not operate, and we cannot act on a notice that does not identify the URL. If the material is on a third-party site that embeds or copies our libraries, contact that site's host as well; we will cooperate with them where we can.
