Contact

One address for everything: info@av-productions.eu. Write in English or Dutch, and put the subject in the subject line so it reaches the right desk.

Where to send what

• Advertising and sponsorship: subject "advertising". Product, libraries, period.
• Licensing and content: subject "licensing". Catalogue link, territories, term.
• Copyright and takedowns: subject "takedown", with the exact URL of the page. This is handled first, ahead of everything else.
• 2257 and record-keeping: subject "2257".
• Anything else: no subject needed.

Response times

Takedowns and rights matters: the same or next working day. Advertising and licensing: within two working days. If you have not heard back after three days, send it again; mail sometimes lands in the wrong folder and we would rather get it twice than not at all.
