18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

AV-Productions EU operates a network of free adult video libraries at adultvideo.info. This page is our statement under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and under the equivalent EU and Dutch rules on the age of performers.
Age of performers
All performers in the material published on this network were 18 years of age or older at the time the material was created. We do not publish, host or link to material that shows or suggests anyone under 18, and we remove any item that turns out to involve a minor, immediately and permanently.
Our role: we are not the producer
The libraries are indexes of video material that is produced and hosted by third parties: studios, affiliate programmes and tube partners. We embed or link to that material; we do not create it and we do not hold the primary records.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and § 2257A(h)(2)(B)(v), a site whose activity is limited to the distribution, transmission, storage or retrieval of material produced by others, and that does not create its own depiction of actually sexually explicit conduct, is not the primary producer of that material. For our own promotional material we keep the records ourselves.

Requests from competent authorities and from rights holders are answered within two working days. Where the material comes from a partner, we name the partner and pass the request on to their own records custodian at the same time.
Records we keep
- For material we produce ourselves: the performer's legal name, date of birth, the date and place of the production, and a copy of the identity document used to verify the age.
- For material from partners: the partner's identification, the agreement under which the material is used, and their written confirmation that records exist and are available to the competent authorities.
- For every removal: the item, the reason and the date.
Reporting illegal or underage content
If you believe an item on this network involves a minor or is otherwise illegal, write to info@av-productions.eu with the subject line Urgent content report and the exact URL. These reports are handled first, ahead of every other request, and the material is taken offline while we investigate. You can also report to the Dutch authorities or to INHOPE through your national hotline.
